How do I return an item?

Return/Exchange Policy:

Please measure carefully so you receive the size that fits your pet. When in doubt about sizing contact customer service for assistance. Returns can be avoided if you measure carefully.

Clearance, Holiday or Custom Couture cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged. No exceptions.

If you have received merchandise not from the Clearance, Holiday or Custom Couture category we will exchange it for size. Please contact customer service: customerservice@spoiledpupboutique.com

Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Please return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving package in its original, unused condition using the same care in shipping as it was received. Please enclose copy of your invoice with return.

After we have received your package we will email you to process an exchange. Store credit will be issued for the return and a different size must be purchased. Larger sizes are priced higher and you will need to pay the difference. A smaller size costs less, and we will credit you for the difference. You will need to reenter your credit card information, for your protection we cannot access that information. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges on exchange merchandise.
